Healthcare Establishments(HE) are Point of Care Centres that participate in providing health & wellness care related services. Such establishments exist as organizations on our platform, either independently or as part of an organization hierarchy. Every HE is uniquely identified through this registry.

Establishment registry enables HEs to be registered for participation in one or more programs in the program registry. Further, registered establishments can be structured in program specific service hierarchies to create an implementation framework & achieve program goals. E.g. Primary Health Centres reporting to District Hospital, private hospital chain having primary care centres that funnel to tertiary hospital etc.

In most of the public health programs the establishment registry is generally moderated and managed by program office to ensure validity of information registered. End applications can build a discovery service by extending our establishment registry to provide extended services specific to the program.
